O St John Paul the Great,
My Dearest Holy Father, thank you for receiving me, and giving me the gift of yourself. From you I learnt what it means to be a gift, and the importance of receiving despite my feeling of unworthiness.
May you watch over us and help us to discover the truths about our bodies and souls, and what it means to be fully Man.
My dear Father, your gentleness and ability to meet us where we are reflects the face of Christ. Please pray and intercede for us as we remember your words when you said, “Do not be afraid”. Share with us your courage as we embrace the person God has made us to be!
